Twenty Years From Now

In Ramblings on November 13, 2007 by Cody McComas

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
— Mark Twain

  1. I completely and whole heartedly agree ;). Life’s too short to wonder, and way too short to sit around and wait for it to come to you. I’m an all or nothing kind of girl! Oh…and I’m totally in love with you. Will you marry me? lol

  2. I have been thinking about this a lot lately…about “time”. Time is the best gift you can give someone. Maybe you don’t feel you need the time with certain people in your life, but maybe they need your time. Who knows how long you have; give the people you love most, the gift of time. And don’t just dream and wish your life away–make it a reality.

  3. I LOVE this quote!! It is SO true! :o)
